:: Additional Information ::

Reservation of a hall can be made by paying a sum of Rs. 5000/=
Time allowed from 8.30 AM to 4.00 PM and 6.00 PM to 11.30 PM
A/C facilities of the Nelum hall are given sum of Rs 3000/=
Please note that time given can not be extended beyond 11.30 PM on legal points. Electricity will be disconnected after 11.30 PM for the musicians
All money should be paid in cash before one week
Five extra meals will be supplied with the order.
Payments should be made for anything more. (If the number of visitors are exceeded than you expected (ordered) please inform the management before two hours. Then you can pay for additional number and obtain a receipt. There after only the additional meals are supplied.)
Buffet will be served for lunch from 12.00 noon to 3.00 PM, Dinner from 8.00 PM to 11.00 PM (Please inform your visitors about this for convenience at the day)
The advance payment of Rs. 5000/= will be returned soon after the occasion, if there is no damage done.
Minimum number of visitors must be 100 for the Olu and Manel halls. The charge will not be reduced even though the number of visitors are less than 100
Minimum number of visitors must be 150 for the Nelum hall. The charge will not be reduced even though the number of visitors are less than 150
An additional sum of Rs. 5000/= is charged for a night party and decorative lights and a generator will be provided.
The hall will be closed by 12.30 PM, Therefore please note to leave the premises before that.
